• Phone number authentication

Users are responsible for maintaining account security.

Identity Verification

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe.

Users authorize SoftTouchRentals and Stripe to process applicable charges, fees, refunds, and adjustments.

SMS / Text Messaging

SoftTouchRentals offers SMS / text messaging features on its website and mobile apps so users can communicate about listings, bookings, and support. Messages may be delivered using Twilio or similar providers.

• By providing a mobile number and using SMS features, you consent to receive Soft Touch Rentals SMS / text messages for transactional and conversational purposes related to the platform. Affirmative SMS consent is collected on our branded Soft Touch Rentals opt-in form at sms-opt-in.html.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
• Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help. You may also email support@dollarealms.com.
• SoftTouchRentals does not sell phone numbers and does not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Host Responsibilities

Hosts agree to:

• Maintain safe accommodations
• Honor confirmed bookings
• Comply with local laws and regulations

Renter Responsibilities

Renters agree to:

• Respect host property
• Follow house rules
• Avoid unlawful activities

Reviews

Users may submit reviews and ratings based on genuine experiences.

Fraudulent, misleading, or abusive reviews may be removed.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Submit false information
• Impersonate others
• Engage in discrimination
• Commit fraud
• Harass other users
• Violate applicable laws

Suspension and Termination
